These are the basic terms for using BISEON Nigeria Limited's laundry and dry cleaning service. By booking a pickup with us, you agree to them.
01Our Service
We offer wash & fold, dry cleaning, ironing & pressing, and bedding & linens laundering, from our branches in Asokoro and Wuse II, Abuja.
02Booking
Bookings are made through this site or directly on WhatsApp. A pickup is only confirmed once our team replies to confirm the time.
03Pricing
Prices depend on the garment and service, and we'll confirm the cost with you when we schedule your pickup or when your items are dropped off.
04Your Items
Please check pockets and remove valuables before handing over your laundry. Let us know about any special care instructions or pre-existing damage before we start.
05If Something Goes Wrong
We handle every order carefully. If something of yours is lost or damaged due to our mistake, message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible so we can make it right.
06Collecting Your Order
Please collect your order promptly once it's ready. Items left uncollected for a long time may be donated, after we've tried to reach you.
07Cancellations
You can cancel or reschedule a pickup any time before we arrive, just by messaging us on WhatsApp.
08Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
