We use your information only to schedule your pickup, keep you updated on your order, and communicate with you on WhatsApp. We never sell your information or use it for marketing you didn't ask for.
03WhatsApp Only
We communicate with customers only through WhatsApp and phone calls — never email. When you submit a form on this site, it opens a WhatsApp message for you to send us. We don't store your details in a separate database; the record of your order lives in that WhatsApp conversation.
04Your Rights
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Just message us on WhatsApp.
